We read every message that comes through this page. Whether you have spotted something that looks wrong in an article, want to suggest a topic, or need to ask about your data, this form reaches the Living Healthy Advice editorial team directly.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. If a number, a label rule, or a claim in one of our guides looks wrong or out of date, tell us which article and what you spotted. Accuracy complaints go to the top of the pile.
  • Topic suggestions. If there is a food, product category, or test result you wish someone had explained clearly, we would like to hear it — reader questions drive a lot of what we publish.
  • Privacy and data requests. Ask us to export or delete any personal data we hold about you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Advertising and partnerships. Commercial enquiries are welcome; please include specifics.

What we cannot help with

We cannot answer personal medical questions. We are a publisher, not a medical practice, and we have no way to know your history, your medications, or your numbers. Please do not send us test results, symptoms, or medication lists asking what you should do — we will not be able to advise you, and we would rather say that plainly than give you an answer that sounds helpful and is not.

Questions about your own health belong with your doctor, a registered dietitian, or a pharmacist. If you are having symptoms that worry you — chest pain, shortness of breath, or anything sudden — contact your local emergency services rather than writing to a website.

Response times

We aim to reply to most messages within a few business days. Corrections are usually reviewed faster than that, because if something is wrong we want it fixed before more people read it. We do not always reply to advertising enquiries individually.

Living Healthy Advice publishes general educational information, not medical advice. Nothing sent through this form creates a professional relationship of any kind, and nothing we write back should be treated as a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.
